Owner & Office Coordinator
Alissa is the founder and owner of CounselWise LLC. After spending several years providing secular and integration counseling (counseling that utilized some Christian doctrine for clients who wanted their faith to be a part of their counseling), she felt called by the Holy Spirit to provide biblical counseling. Her vision is to provide a company where people can be provided with biblically-sound help for the challenges they face on a daily basis. She would like to help people grow in their faith while encouraging their sanctification through the help of biblical counseling.

Elizabeth ‘Lisa’ Matthews is passionate about helping women apply God’s word to the issues of life to help them grow in Christlikeness. Elizabeth has a B.S. in Psychology and holds a Biblical counseling certification from ACBC. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in biblical and theological studies. Elizabeth leads the Outreach Ministry at her church, taught Sunday school as a chaplain in the local jail, is a certified leader for the Surrendering the Secret healing Bible study, and is experienced in one-on-one discipleship. Elizabeth is married to her wise and loving husband, David; they have one adult daughter and two rambunctious dogs. Elizabeth counsels women online throughout the state of Florida.
